Ordering appraisals online is provided to you as a courtesy of WJK Appraisals. Not all of our clients feel comfortable providing information over the internet and are not limited to ordering appraisals online. We have provided a printable order form that can be faxed to our company. WJK Appraisals will also be contacting you after any order is received to verify your order. The order will be given a market evaluation and an appointment set to inspect the subject property.

Turn around times are 24 hours to 72 hours. Many appraisals require verification of Subject property and comparable property information to estimate market value. This verification can take up to 3 days, but most counties provide this information online. If there appears to be any delay in providing a fast turn time, you will be notified and kept up to speed on the status of your appraisals.
